Blue Knights Soccer Club 2018/2019 SAQ Program
Soccer is the most challenging game for strength and conditioning since it consists of almost constant movement. Speed, Agility and Quickness are crucial elements in the effectiveness of a soccer player.
Training that improves this capacity has the ability to significantly enhance soccer performance, contributing to improvement in all elements of play. The ability to change directions quickly and accelerate instantly are necessary skills for every soccer player.
Here’s what you’d expect to pay for similar programs:
TOSH: $575.00 for full program (12 Treadmill Sessions, 12 Plyometric Sessions)
$24.00 per session (1 hour sessions)
BASICS: $400.00 for full program (12 Speed Sessions, 12 Agility Sessions)
$17.00 per session (1 hour sessions)
BLUE KNIGHTS SAQ: FREE! Space is limited, first come first served!
Our program includes 8 sessions offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, at either 9:00am or 10:30am. Tuesday and Thursday sessions will open up based on demand once M/W is full. All players U9-U19 are welcome to come!
DATES: July 9–August 16, 2018 (No training 7/23-7/26)
LOCATION: Buttercup Park, 10075 South 1550 East, Sandy
WEAR: All players should wear BK practice jerseys,
BRING: water, sunscreen, and a soccer ball.
